Washington, DC (August 27, 2018) – Behavioral Health Association of Providers (BHAP), Epstein Becker Green (EBG), and Nelson Hardiman have joined forces to present programming and thought leadership that will address topics highlighting the accelerating legal and policy issues for the behavioral health industry.

Given the confluence of national and local public policy developments regarding mental health, substance abuse disorders, and treatments, attorneys and professionals from BHAP, EBG, and Nelson Hardiman will kick off their collaboration with a fall webinar series that will provide analysis and commentary on a wide variety of topics affecting the behavioral health industry. The series begins on September 6 with the first webinar titled, “Is Your Organization at Risk for Patient Brokering?
