Rob Fuller has served as an attorney for over 30 years, with extensive experience in trial and appellate work. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Rob has significant experience in government relations at the county, state, and national levels, as well as commercial transactions, mergers, antitrust, corporate governance, financial restructuring, environmental, oil and gas, healthcare, labor, and white collar criminal defense. His national and international legal practice has also included turns in the executive suite, running an insurance brokerage, and serving as chief operating officer of a 199-bed Los Angeles hospital. Rob also has served as the chief restructuring officer in a 30-month chapter 11 proceeding for a healthcare business with over $150m in annual revenues. Rob is an alumnus of Dartmouth College and Fordham Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the Fordham International Law Review, and is admitted to practice in California, New York, and before the United States Supreme Court and most US Circuit Courts of Appeal.
